Whereas Alyssa Labrecque Inc. referred to as the “Company”, and the undersigned client is referred to as the “Client”;

Client understands that the information presented by the Company, agents, employees or representatives is not legal, financial, therapeutic, mental health, or medical advice and Company is not a law firm, a licensed or regulated health care provider, or another analogous entity. All of the information, suggestions, and recommendations provided, including but not limited to the resources delivered via phone/video conference, e-mail, in the online forum, live events including webinars and video/audio recordings about business, laws, health, and/or finance-related information, are resources for informational purposes only, they do not constitute medical advice, and should not take the place of hiring a licensed relevant professional.  Always consult and follow recommendations made by a healthcare provider or physician.  Information, suggestions, and recommendations made by Alyssa Labrecque Inc., its agents, employees, or other representatives are not to be taken as substitutes for consultations with a licensed healthcare provider or physician. If a coach or individual associated with Alyssa Labrecque Inc. or providing services on behalf of the Company is licensed in some professional manner (RHN, JD, MD, RN, PA, LMFT, Therapy/Mental health professionals, etc.), understand that these individual(s) are not acting within their capacity as a licensed professional(s) and are providing information for informational purposes only.  This includes Alyssa Morra, who is not a licensed professional in any field or area of expertise.  Any suggestions or advice made by Alyssa Morra or any other person acting on behalf of the corporation, or any user of any online resources and chat rooms are mere opinions and are not to be taken as professional advice, a diagnosis, or treatment of any medical or mental health condition.  Any who follows the advice, suggestions, or opinions of anyone associated with the corporation or otherwise does so completely at their own risk.  Alyssa Labrecque Inc. is not liable or responsible for online posts made by any user of online resources, whether they are associated with the corporation or otherwise.

The Client acknowledges that the Company provides informational products and services only and is not responsible for nor guarantees any outcome for any of the products and services provided. The Client agrees to release and hold harmless the Company for any and all outcomes that may arise from the information provided. 

The Company is not responsible for the outcomes – whether foreseeable or unforeseeable – associated with or resulting from the independent decision to follow, ignore, or otherwise act upon recommendations, suggestions, and/or information made or provided by Alyssa Labrecque Inc., its employees, agents, written or oral materials and communications whether made by a representative of the company or an independent contractor contracted with the company.  The Company makes no warranties or guarantees to the efficiency or efficacy of any of the information, programs, or any services provided to the Client. In no way does the company represent its recommendations, suggestions, and information fall within the bounds of medical or scientific consensus, nor that it is accepted to treat or cure any condition medical or otherwise.

Individuals who are not a part of or associated with the Company in any way (including but not limited to other clients) may have the ability to interact with the Company’s social media pages, posts, website(s) and other affiliated digital mediums. Any opinions or advice expressed by an individual not expressly affiliated with the Company is in no way condoned, endorsed, or affiliated with the Company nor does not represent the Company or its opinions in any way. By using or interacting with any of the Company’s social media pages, posts, website(s), or other digital mediums, the Client acknowledges agrees to hold the Company harmless for any circumstances or outcomes that may arise from actions of individuals not expressly affiliated with the Company.
